Our goal is your total satisfaction as a customer.

1. Request a refund by mail to within a period not exceeding 28 working days following the date of receipt of the product, letting us know the reason for the return in the event that you deem necessary to help us continue to improve.

2. Items must be returned:

a) In its original state, along with any accessories related to the same, and may not be used, washed or damaged.

b) with their original labels. 

c) in its original packaging complete.

d) enclose the invoice or a copy of the same in case of returning part of the order.

Important note: Until we receive the item in our store is under your responsibility.

We recommend that you send us the article by courier or registered mail, and that you keep proof of delivery.

Do I have to pay anything for my return?

To return an item purchased in just contact a courier service or with the Post Office and send the article to the address detailed above. Shipping charges must be paid by the customer that you want to do the return. In the event that the item sent is defective, would assume the total cost of the consignment for change and/or return.

How do I receive the amount of my rebate? 

Once approved the return, you will receive the amount in the same way as did you submit your payment.

When will I receive the amount of my rebate?

When we recognize that the articles are in perfect condition and with labels, you will receive a confirmation email telling you that the amount you will pay in your account.

What if the amount of refund made was incorrect?

Were that to happen, please contact us at . We will attempt to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

In the case that error has been sent by a different article to the requested or that the quality of the item sent is not adequate, please contact us at for return and/or change. In this case, will assume the costs both the sending and the return.

In case of special promotions, where shipping costs are offered free of charge, the customer shall also bear the cost of transport for the return.

No returns will be accepted freight collect.
